Question: Hi, I think I have spider veins on my chest. I have had them for many years. I wondered if you could tell me what they are and if I should be concerned. They are not very visible and have not altered in appearance since I first noticed them. I have no other symptoms. I am fit and healthly. In fact I regularly run marathons. For peace of mind I thought I would ask. Photos attached. Thank you.
