Brief Answer:
Mole changing it's character

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Welcome to Ask a doctor
I am Dr Ajeet XXXXXXX

We need to be concerned about a new mole developing in adulthood and an existing mole changing it's appearance and character.
If there is a change in colour and change in borders or an abnormal increase in size or associated oozing, bleeding or itching ,It needs a detailed evaluation.

Hence, your concern is not unfounded and it is as per clinical policy and procedure.

Kindly share a pic and visit a dermatologist.
Hope that I have answered your query. If you have any doubts, please let me know.
Stay healthy and stay blessed.
