Brief Answer:
Could be inflammation of ear or nose

Detailed Answer:
Hii.

It seems that you are having inflammation or infection of the ear. Sometimes inflammation of the temporomandibular joint or nose and throat can result in similar symptoms. The inflammation of the external ear or the TM joint or the parotid gland infection may be the major causes. So you should consult an Ent surgeon and get your ear, nose and throat properly checked. In the mean time you should start some paracetamol tablet for pain management. Give hot fomentation over the TM joint. You may need to start an antibiotic, allergic tablet levocetrizine for your pain.
