Brief Answer:
Fordyce spots most probably

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Welcome to Ask a Doctor...

After reading the history you provided, I feel that most probably the lesions you have on preputial skin are the Fordyce spots.

The Fordyce spots are the aberrant sebaceous glands.

The condition is safe, benign and harmless.

The Fordyce spots do not require any treatment. They may be kept untreated.

If you feel embarrassed, consult the dermatologist and get removed by electro cautery under the local anaesthesia.

Hope I answered your query...If any further query, kindly contact..

Thanks with regards.
