Hi, I Visited A Podiatrist For Plantar Wart On Left
Question: Hi,
I visited a Podiatrist for plantar wart on left foot on July 12. Podiatrist treated the plantar wart with cantharidin and placed a bandage on foot. Washed off cantharidin after four hours and replaced bandage. Blister developed on foot and was pretty sore for a few days. Follow up trip to Podiatrist is July 26. Podiatrist has stated that foot will need second treatment of cantharidin on July 26.
My question is it Okay to not have a second treatment of cantharidin on the foot. My first experience was not very good. What are my options for next visit to the Podiatrist that would be safe options for the foot? Thanks.
