Question: Hi, I want to ask what is the medication good for flu? I have cough and colds for 1 week, slight fever last week with body malaise.

Flu is viral infection. It is mostly self limiting.
So drink plenty of fluids orally.
Do warm water gargles and steam inhalation 4-5 times a day.
Take paracetamol and antihistamine (levocetrizine or fexofenadine) for symptomatic relief.
No specific anti viral drug needed for flu related common cold.
Just follow above things. You will mostly improve in 1week.
