Brief Answer:
HIV is not known to spread in that way...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
HIV is a very fragile virus. It doesn't stay alive and active outside human body environment. So without a favorable environment, HIV would not remain active to infect you through ketchup packets.
Hence you need not be overly worried about HIV.
Hope this answered your question. Let me know if you need clarifications.

Brief Answer:
Need not be worried about HIV...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Physical contact with HIV infected subject is not sufficient to get you infected. It spreads through bruises, needle sharing, unprotected sexual intercourse and through vertical means - blood transfusions and mother to child (during child bearing). So what ever substance you made contact with is not known to infect you. So really there is no need to be concerned about HIV.
Hope this helps.

Brief Answer:
Not really concerning...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
As I mentioned, HIV is not known to spread by simple touch and contact. So no, you don't need to be worried. Carrying a napkin or any other substance will not make you infected. You can be relaxed.
I hope this helped allay the fears. If you are still worried, let me know.

Apologies for the late reply....
Saliva has inhibitory components that protects against infective particles. HIV is a fragile virus and in most cases, it isn't able to survive in the saliva medium. So I don't think you will be infected even if you had swallowed any of the contents.
So the bottom line is I am still not concerned.
Hope this answers your question.

There are many conditions which are still not fully understood by men and ROP is one among those conditions. As a physician I am not fully equipped with the latest developments with regards to ROP; an ophthalmologist will know better. I will suggest you ask an ophthalmologist to know about the latest knowledge and research on ROP.
