Hi, I Was Involved In A Car Accident Yesterday, I
Conservative treatment could be a good possibility.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to "Ask a Doctor " service.
I have read your query and here is my advice.
Mild to moderate L1 compression fractures may be treated conservatively (i.e. bed rest and symptomatic treatment for 6 weeks) if there is no instability and no neurological deficit.
If there is instability and significant spinal cord stenosis, the best treatment is surgical stabilization and decompression.
Since there is osteoporosis and no neurological signs I think you could be treated conservatively, however, it is necessary to see the CT scan in order to give you a comprehensive answer.
The attached CT scan is not available yet.
Please retry to upload it.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
I think conservative treatment is possible.
Detailed Answer:
Welcome back.
I examined the CT scan images and, in my opinion, your case can be treated conservatively with bed rest for 6 weeks.
This because the fracture is less than 30% and the retropulsed fragment is small.
There seems to be no fracture of posterior elements, so, the stability of the column is not affected severely.
Hope I helped you.
Feel free to discuss with me if you have further questions.

Hello again.
I see that you are in Kuwait, Dar Al Shifa Hospital, for example, offers treatment for spinal trauma.
You can be transported safely anywhere in your area laying in a litter.
The medical report uploaded is the interpretation of the CT scan findings.
Hope this helps.
