Question: Hi, I was recently diagnosed with diabetes but I am keeping my blood sugar in normal levels without insulin and I feel great except sometimes I’ll feel a slight pain in my upper right abdomen towards the side under my ribs. Also l’lll feel a pain in my lower back that feels like a muscle pain. I do work at a physically demanding job, is this something to be concerned with?
