Brief Answer:
This seems iron deficiency or thalassemia

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor service.

I have reviewed your query and seen your report.

This is a normal report with normal hemoglobin. The parameters that are outside normal range are suggestive of iron deficiency or thalessemia. Does anyone in your family has history of recurrent blood transfusions? For now you can have a test named hemoglobin electrophoresis and serum ferritin and iron levels that will help distinguish between the two causes. For now you can take syrup dexorange 1tbsp once a day with water or juice and rinse your mouth after taking it. Avoid taking it with milk,

Hope this helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Brief Answer:
All three are blood tests

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

If there is no history of blood transfusion, then this is less likely to be thalassemia. Also hemoglobin level is normal so it seems mild iron deficiency and taking iron supplement (as recommended in above reply) for atleast 5-6 months will help recover.
The tests mentioned above are all blood tests namely:
- serum iron level
- serum ferritin level
- hemoglobin electrophoresis

Serum iron and ferritin will help confirm iron deficiency. Hemoglobin electrophoresis will help rule out hemoglobinopathies like thalassemia.

Brief Answer:
Seen the reports

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I have seen your reports and thalaessemia is not present in your case. Iron deficiency is the cause behind the abnormal hemogram parameters.
As suggested earlier, you can take iron supplements like dexorange or fefol daily for atleast 3 months.
