Hi, I Went To See A Nurse And It Seems
Question: Hi, I went to see a nurse and it seems I have an epididymal cyst, approximately 1cm in diameter which feels slightly detached from the top part of the left testicle. It causes me some discomfort in my groin and pelvis and seems to fluctuate in firmness . I'm 38 and in excellent health so I'm a little confused as to why I might have developed this. Is there anything I could test to identify the root cause. Also, any non-invasive treatment protocol that could yield positive results would be greatly appreciated.
I consume a low carb mainly vegetal diet following a one-meal-a-day eating protocol.
Many thanks :)

Brief Answer:
Do you know that it is a cyst?
Detailed Answer:
Hi Jamesclarke40,
First of all, do you know that it is an epididymal cyst? This is best determined by ultrasound. A palpable process in the testicles could be other things, e.g. hydrocele, spermatocele, or an inguinoscrotal hernia. All these processes can be determined by ultrasound, so it is easier to advise you when you have had an ultrasound.
Hope this helps.
