Hi, I Went To The ER With Some Stomach Pains

Please give additional information.
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history and the reports.
PCO2 when increased should be investigated further by CT scan of chest if your country/area has Covid-19 cases, to be sure about.
Secondly, your symptoms are related to abdomen - the pain.
Please give additional Information:
Stomach pain:
Since when is the pain?
Mild/Moderate/severe?
Associated Nausea, Vomiting, bloating, loose stool/constipation?
Where exactly is the pain?
Type of pain? burning, twisting, spasmodic?
Was SpO2 by pulse Oxymeter normal?
Any respiratory symptoms like dry coughing, breathlessness, difficulty in breathing?
Was CT scan of abdomen normal? Please post report.
Please give details.
Report says you are a male aged 35.
(Pain in abdomen if severe can cause respiratory restrictions as normal body's mechanism and can give some abnormal reports.)
Awaiting for your details.
Dr T Chandrakant.

I’m breathing fine
No caughing
No fever
I just had gastritis gallstones type pain in the stomach area.
The doctor didn’t do a ct of chest but they noted the bottom lungs in the abdomen scan was nice and clear. I hope this helps.
As discussed
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your feedback.
The CT scan shows small gallstones and passage of such gallstones through the duct can cause pain in upper abdomen.
It is good to know that you do not have any other complaints and SpO2 is normal.
So no need to worry.
I hope your pain is controlled now.
Review Ultrasound of abdomen/CT scan after some time or if symptoms recur to see the situation of gallstones and go for further management if needed.
Continue PPI which might have been started and anti-spasmodic when in pain.
Take care.
I hope this answer helps you further.

Please get this re-checked to know the present status.
Detailed Answer:
I can understand your concerns.
Please get the labs done again to see the levels and to be worried about if deranged.
If there are no symptoms then not to worry about and re-check will confirm whether these are now in normal range or not.
Such findings needs clinical correlation with the lab reports and needs actual clinical examination by your Doctor and further tests if advised by your Doctor.
I hope this answer helps you.
