Hi, I Would Like To Ask About A Couple Of

Question: Hi, I would like to ask about a couple of moles and a large what looks to be a sun spot on the top of my head? The moles are fine if they don't look bad on your end, but I am more worried about the sun spot if it is a sun spot and if I can get rid of it. Do the moles or sun spot look dangerous. Neither of them hurt and the moles resemble other moles on my body and are a little bit bigger than a pencil tip. The sun spot is about the size of a quarter. Thanks!
Brief Answer:
Both moles & solar lentigo are looking fine
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to ask a doctor service
I have gone through your query and reviewed the attached photographs.
Both the moles and the solar lentigo are looking benign.
They seem to be fine.
For the solar lentigo I would recommend you to apply tretinoin 0.05 percent cream on the affected area at night along with application of a broad spectrum sunscreen on the entire scalp during the day time for 8-10 weeks.
Also wear a hat and keep the area protected from direct sun exposure.
This will help in removing the sun spot.

Dr Asmeet
