Explained below.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to "Ask a Doctor " service.

I have read your query and here is my explanation.

1- Leukomalacia refers to a form of white matter brain injury mainly caused by impaired blood and oxygen supply.
Choroid fissure cyst refers to a cyst ( in most of the cases benign ) located inside the brain.
Sequels of perinatal ischemic hypoxic insult refers to brain damage remnants from a past stroke caused by lack of oxygen.

2- These changes are permanent, however, due to brain plasticity in children there are chance of improvement.

3- These brain damages may cause convulsions, fever also may result in febrile convulsions.

4- Treatment depends on the degree of the impairment and may include behavioral therapy.

5- There may be impairment in the neurophysiological development, neuropsychological tests are necessary to assess the degree.
