Brief Answer:
? PID

Detailed Answer:
Helo,
Thanks for the query,
It would be best if you can get an ultrasound pelvis done to rule out pelvic inflammation. The presence of bilateral pelvic tenderness is most often associated with pelvic infection and co - associated with leucorrhoea or white discharge per vaginum.
Please follow up with an ultrasound pelvis report and also a per speculum examination done by a gynaecologist.

Would the treatment of 1mg azithromycin and amoxicillin 500mg 3 times for 1 week clear me of any chlamydia and gonorrhea in the vent i had a false negative? What is the likly hood of a false negative 10 days after exposure. Could the issue be from ovqriqn cyst? Or would i not have tenderness in both ovaries from this?

Brief Answer:
follow up

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
If you have no vaginal discharge and have already taken the course of azithromycin and amoxycillin once and have not been sexually active after the course then likelihood that you do not have PID, but if you have been sexually active , then it would be best to rule it out by an ultrasound pelvis which would anyways be mandatory in your case with typical bilateral pelvic pain.

Also , then chances of ovarian cyst or masses cannot be ruled out and can only be cleared with an ultrasound pelvis. So get it done and you may follow up with reports.

Brief Answer:
follow up

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Ideally wbc should actually rise during PID infection , but if its normal , then chances of pregnancy are low. however, the evident pain in abdomen needs to be investigated for the cause and hence usg is mandatory.
