Thanks for your query.
Noted that you are 23 years old, penis is still covered with foreskin, does not move backward, wants to know whether will be able to do sex.
Many of the patients with tight foreskin are known to have normal sex life but a few conditions determine a follows:
Do you masturbate? If yes, does the skin hinder the process?
Does the morning erection which is usually full cause any trouble like pull over the glans or the skin?
