Question: Hi,

I'm 29, female, mom of 2, live at 8,00p ft.
Ferritin of 15
Iron 40
CBC normal except low fmchc

Extreme fatigue, shortness of breath, dizziness, 90/60BP. Diet is very healthy, not overweight, used to be a runner before this started after the birth of my son. Thyroid is great.

Could this be a lack of oxygen/iron related? Especially living at such a high altitude. We moved here from sea level right before this started.

Brief Answer:
CT scan upper abdomen

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I have gone through your blood reports

Your blood cortisol levels are low which causes weakness, fatigue and low blood pressure

Your cbc and haemoglobin content is normal

Damage to aadrenal gland in body can cause low cortisol level in blood

Would advise you to do a CT scan of upper abdomen

Regards
