Question: Hi
Im 31 BMI 47. A few weeks ago woke up two nights with pain in left arm. Since then experience pulling sensation in left elbow at night on and off across outside. This now happens in right elbow and pulsing sensation across outside of both elbows when in bed. Deeply worried. Had indigestion symptoms last week for 3 days and then pain up right arm.

Brief Answer:
Atypical symptoms
Detailed Answer:
Hello
After going through the medical details provided by you I would like to tell you that your symptoms are quite atypical and it’s unlikely to have a cardiac issue keeping into consideration your young age however it’s advisable to get a baseline ECG and echocardiography done to rule out any underlying pathology.
For indigestion you can take antacids like pantoprazole half hour before breakfast after consulting your primary physician.
Kind Regards

Thankyou
I know Im young but I worry because of my age. I have been noticing that I get out of breath climbing a flight of stairs and can feel my heart beating fast in my chest. This isn't a new thing and I put it down to being unfit.
I have also for a while had a colder right foot than left foot. About 10 years ago GP felt pulse across top of right foot and said not to worry. I also notice for past 18 months sometimes after exertion (like climbing a hill) when I stop I can feel pulse in lower back for a few seconds.
I am sorry to reply with more symptoms but I want to check I am not missing anything.
Thank you so much for your help.

Sorry that should say I worry because of my weight
Brief Answer:
Hello again
Detailed Answer:
As i said these are all atypical symptoms. Yes your BMI falls in obese category which is also a point of concern. It’sAdvisable that you should start following healthy lifestyle routine which includes at least 40 minutes of brisk walk preferably inside your home on a treadmill due to the current corona situation and healthy diet rich in proteins and fibres and low on carbs and sugars.
Kind Regards
