I'm 41, ias a result it showed --intermediate squamous epithelial cells and superficial squamous epithelial cells in a background of mild neutrophilic exudate what does it mean kindly advice, as I can meet the physician only after 2 days

I am not sure but I think you are talking about pap smear or vaginal smear report. Kindly attach report images and detailed history.
As per your history, superficial squamous epithelial cells belongs to outermost layer and intermediate cells from intermediate layer. These are normal cells.
Presence of some neutrophils is also a common finding. Presence of bacteria or pus cells is not mentioned. So overall report seems to be normal. Report to be corelate clinically.

I have gone through attached report. It's pap smear report.
As per report, no any malignant cells seen and superficial squamous epithelial cells belongs to outermost layer and intermediate cells from intermediate layer. These are normal cells.
So your report is normal. Kindly correlate clinically.
