Brief Answer:
It could be Musculoskeletal pain.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
As your pelvic ultrasound is normal,Gynaecological cause for pain has been excluded.
As per your description, bowel function is also normal.
As the pain started after hiking,it could be due to Musculoskeletal cause.I prescribe Skeletal muscle relaxant tablet containing Thiocolchicoside and Anti inflammatory Aceclofenac to my patients with similar complaints.
Nothing to worry.
It will come down.
Hope I answered your query. If you have any questions,I will clarify further.
Wish you good health
Regards
