Based on the facts that you have posted the problem of Anorgasmia that you are facing is due to side effect of Sertraline .
Sertraline belongs to a group of drug called SSRI which are known to have side effect of sexual dysfunction, loss of libido and delayed ejaculation etc .

Hello, Dr XXXXXXX thanks for your reply.
I was aware that SSRIs - particularly sertraline - play havoc with prolactin. I'm interested in your suggestion of a low dose taladafil dose, though. I had thought that worked only on NO production to improve blood flow to the penis. Although that aspect is not great either, I used to be able to achieve orgasm even when partially erect. Now I get close but nothing happens regardless of stimulation.
For that reason I was looking at cabergoline (or another D2 receptor agonist) to takle the problem at the root, as it were. If taladafil does more than I think then I'll definitely try it. I believe it no longer requires a prescription.
I don't know if that avenue is worth perusing or practical, though.
Any advice welcome.
Many thanks XXXXXXX

Brief Answer:
You can have trial of Tadalafil.
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for follow up .
Theoretically the side effects of Sertraline can not be combated with Tadalafil however the basic action of the drug results in achieving strong and hard erection which helps in penile stimulation and there by getting orgasm .
There is no harm in trying the same
Thanks and Regards.
