Brief Answer:
Needs evaluation

Detailed Answer:
Hello

After going through the medical details provided by you I can understand your concern for your health and I would like to tell you that taking into consideration your age group and the symptoms explained by you it’s advisable that you should get yourself basic cardiac evaluation.

This evaluation should include an Ecg, echocardiogram and HBA1c. Also if you have frequent palpitations then a HOLTER monitoring is also advisable.

Kindly personally consult your physician and get this basic evaluation done to rule out any underlying cardiac issue.

Kind Regards
