Question: Hi. I’m experiencing nausea, diarrhea, back pain and my pee has been hazy for about 2-3 days. What is it that I may have ?

What you describe sounds like a urinary tract infection, like pyelonephritis which may cause nausea. Alternatively a viral infection. If you have fever I suggest you see your GP for a urinalysis and stool samples to rule out infectious gastroenteritis.
