Question: Hi I'm having pain in my lower back near my butt. It starts in the lowest part of my back on my left side. The pain travels down my left leg. It's been pretty bad for a few months. When it's really bad it's hard to even stand up for too long. I'm overweight and my job requires me to lift up heavy items.
