Question: Hi. Im taking 4mg of Chlorpheniramine Maleate in the morning and the evening (8mg total). Can I drink alcohol while taking this? If not how long do I need to wait before consuming any alcohol?

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I am Dr.Barani.

Both Chlorpheniramine Maleate and alcohol cause sedation. If taken together they may cause deep sedation and so close monitoring is necessary.

The half life of Chlorpheniramine Maleate is about 12 -40 hours. So alcohol may be taken only at least 2 days after the last dose of Chlorpheniramine maleate.
