Hi I'm Very Surprised What Happened Yesterday With My Blood

I would explain as follows:
Detailed Answer:
Hello !
Welcome to Ask a Doctor service!
I passed carefully through your question and would agree with you on the fact that this is not a common adverse effect of hcg gonadotropin.
In fact, I think that this is a panic attack, considering the increased heart rate in the beginning. I understand that there was no reason for a panic attack, but sometimes they just occur, without any obvious cause.
Anyway, I recommend checking your blood pressure values during the next week, frequently during the day, in sitting position after 10 minutes of total relax and take note of these values.
If your blood pressure values are most of the time within the normal ranges, there is nothing to worry about.
Otherwise, if your blood pressure values are above the normal ranges, I would recommend consulting again with your doctor and doing some tests:
- complete blood count, PCR for inflammation
- thyroid hormone levels for thyroid gland dysfunction
- blood electrolytes for possible imbalance
- kidney and liver function tests.
Hope you will find this answer helpful!
I remain at your disposal in case of further questions whenever you need!
Kind regards,

My opinion as follows:
Detailed Answer:
Hello again !
I meant hgh, but it just a writing error.
High Aldosterone causes persistent high blood pressure values.
Usually such spikes in high blood pressure values are related to adrenaline and noradrenaline loads.
If this situation repeats, I would recommend checking thyroid hormone levels and checking urinary metanephrines for pheochromocytoma.
If your blood pressure values remain persistently high further tests may be needed:
- kidney and liver function tests
- kidney and liver function tests
- complete blood count, PCR and ESR for inflammation.
Hope you will find this answer helpful!
Please let me know in case of further uncertainties!
Wishing a nice weekend,
Dr.Iliri

but yesterday again had quick spike to 168/102 some deep breath and it went away, for years i never had such problems but last time Im more sensitive to any stimulants and dosage which year ago would never make any problem now this time can easy make a spike. This what worry me. This also could be one more reason for that adrenal tumor. Does it make sense that stimulants could provoke faster blood pressure spike if have this tumor condition?

My opinion as follows:
Detailed Answer:
Yes, an adrenal gland tumor could mimic this situation.
For this reason, I recommend checking urinary metanephrines.
It is also necessary checking thyroid hormone levels, because thyroid gland dysfunction can lead to this clinical situation.
But, if these tests result normal, you should consider the possible beginning of high blood pressure, as your body is not the same as before, (maybe blood vessels are not so elastic as before ).
Hope you will find this information helpful!
