Question: Hi. It all started around begining of may 2019. I started having nausea followed by brain fog, lack of focus and dizziness. On may, 29 My doctor prescribed me the antidepressant zoloft 50 mg. After taking it for four days, I started having side effects like, eye pressure, dialation of eye pupils. Then I quit taking the medication. Then I started having restlessness, sleep disorders and vision problems. I went to the ER; they diagnosed everything but everything seems to be normal but I feel weak, shaky, brain fog, sleep disorder and restless and also nausea. I get warm urine no matter how much water I drink. Please help me.

Brief Answer:
Neurological conditions to consider further.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to "Ask a Doctor" service.

I have read your query and here is my advice.

First of all, besides to leave the culprit to the depression or anxiety, any neurological condition that may cause such symptoms, should be evaluated further.

Increased intracranial pressure for example, is a possibility in your case.

In my opinion, a brain MRI is necessary for a correct understanding of your condition.

Stopping antidepressants suddenly also may exacerbate the symptoms.

Discuss with your Neurologist for these issues.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.
