Hi
Thanks for posting the query
Went through the attached report
Yes you can go for IUI for 2 to 3 trials if no abnormality is found in your investigation reports apart from PCOD.
But you have mentioned about ATT treatment. Was it due to the Falopinn Tuberculosis you were taking, If tubes are intact then you can try IUI.
If tubes are not intact then IVF will be the first choice.
Any issues do follow up.
Take care.

Hi
My TB Gold test was negative. Still my doctor gave me the medication, giving a reason that test in TB is not reliable. At times it is positive but gives negative in the test results. So to be on safer side, she preferred to give me the medicines.
I am attaching my laparoscopy report. it was done in 2016. Please verify this. I don't think i have an issue with tubes, never heard of this from my Doctor. However i went for on 1 IUI cycle before 2 years in 2017. But that didn't succeed and after that my doctor also didn't try for that.
Apart from PCOS, i don't have any other issues. My uterus is fine and endometrium is also fine. Only thing is ovaries are very bulky, which is the major obstacle in conception.
I am having second thoughts about IVF. Just want to get an expert advice, if IUI is worth trying or I should directly for IVF.
Please check attached reports and guide me.
Thanks
Tanima

Detailed Answer:
As per report sperm count is reduced, is he on any treatment for that?
considering sperm count your gyneacologist would have suggested IVF as a prior option for you.
Discuss with her throughly.
Take care.
