Question: Hi I’ve been having lower pelvic pressure as well as mucus in my urine. I was initially told it could have been a ruptured ovarian cyst but now I’ve been sent to a urologist. I also get groin pain too from time to time.

Brief Answer:
? UTI

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
The pelvic pressure and mucous in urine indicates a possibility of Urinary tract infection and is not a sign of ruptured ovarian cyst. The groin pain correlates with urinary tract infection . However an ultrasound pelvis is mandatory to check for any evident causes along with a urine routine microscopy.
