Brief Answer:
It could be a stomach flu
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
I am sorry to hear about your troubles. What you describe sounds like a stomach virus. I suggest you try magnesium hydroxide, e.g. Galieve. You can also try ondansetron or a proton pump inhibitor, but these are prescription drugs.
Do you have a fever? Have you ever had a gastroscopy?
Looking forward to hearing from you.

Brief Answer:
I suggest magnesium hydroxide
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
I suggest you try magnesium hydroxide primarily, e.g. Galieve. You can also try ondansetron or a proton pump inhibitor, but these are prescription drugs. Paracetamol, or aspirin can also help with the headache. It is paramount to stay hydrated, but if you are too ill to take water, you should go to the hospital for intravenous rehydration.
Hope this helps.
