Question: Hi I've been taking the hcg injection to lose weight. I stopped taking it 11 days ago and I'm late on my period. I took a pregnancy test and its showing up positive. My question is how long should I wait to see if the test is accurate?

Usually the HCG injection fraction remains in the blood for about two weeks. Sometimes it may remain in the body a little longer than this.
Therefore repeat the pregnancy test after another week to get the accurate results.

Good afternoon i have a follow up question. what does it mean when I'm spotting on and off? should I go see a doctor? because I have experienced 6 miscarriages in the past and im very concerned. its light , brownish in color and not even enough for a pad, only when I wipe. My menstruation is 10days late.

Considering your previous history of miscarriages, I'd suggest that you see your obstetrician. You will need an ultrasound scan to find out if you are pregnant and treat it accordingly.
