Question: Hi, I've recently experienced symptoms that match genital herpes. Im a virgin and Ive only ever had any intimate or sexual experiences with one person and they have been tested and are clean. How could I have contracted genital herpes if the only person Ive ever even kissed is clean? Im going to get tested today to make sure it is herpes, but the symptoms and lesions match exactly. I read that it can be contracted through body fluids so maybe I ate contaminated food or didnt wash my hand after touching a contaminated object.
