Brief Answer:
Bell's palsy and TMJ dysfunction to consider.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to "Ask a Doctor " service.

I have read your query and here is my advice.

Your husband should be examined further from his primary care Doctor for his symptoms.

Conditions to consider in such cases, in my opinion, are Bell's palsy, temporomandibular joint dysfunction.

Your husband's primary care Doctor may ask for further tests and consultations after the medical examination in order to achieve a correct diagnosis.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.
