Question: Hi

Last week Wednesday I developed a fever and a small cough with mucus. My fever went off after 3 days with paracetamol. I then had a blocked nose. Today I have no fever no cough no blocked nose but my mouth tastes sour and when I get up from laying down my smell disappears but then comes back. I keep thinking I have Coronavirus? I have been self isolating for 7 days I have not been anywhere. I just keep thinking I have an covid 19 infection which will make my breathing do bad it’s not happened.

Brief Answer:
You may not have breathing difficulties at all.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice.
There is a possibility that it can be covid19 because in young and healthy people it can give mild symptoms that may reemble common flu.
Your fever is of and the cough also and this is a good sign of recuperation.
I don't think you will have shortness of breath or breathing difficulties since your symptoms are getting better.
Even though you don't have much symptoms you may continue self isolation for 7 more days because you can be contagious to others. Follow the proper hygiene roles
If possible go for a covid19 test or IgM and IgG covid19 tests.

Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Brief Answer:
Give your body more time to regenerate.

Detailed Answer:
The stiffness around your back and tingling can't be related directly to flu but you may give your body more time to regenerate.
The tingling and back stiffness may be related to muscle and back nerves issues.
It may be related to flu or posture problem.
Wait for some more days, having rest exercising and eating healthy and let's see if this pain will go away.

It can be hypoglycemia episode.

I believe this episode you are referring was possibly an hypoglycemia episode.
The lowering of the blood sugar which can causes the numbness feeling in head, hot flashes, feeling of passing out.
