can you please let me know your observations on my reports.
Brief Answer:
Vitamin D deficiency.
Detailed Answer:
Hi Ma'am
Thank you for asking ask a doctor service.
I have gone through your query and report with diligence. There is nothing serious from your reports. Vitamin D deficiency is there. Hemoglobin levels are on border but it is not critically low.
I would suggest taking vitamin D supplements. Weekly 60 k supplementation will be sufficient to normalize this. Iron supplements should be taken to normalize your hemoglobin levels.
Do you have any health issues now?
Please update with details if there is any.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Regular exercise and diet advised.
Detailed Answer:
Welcome again.
Thank you for your follow-up query.
The HBA1C level of 5.7 should be correlated with other factors like body fat distribution, obesity, tiredness and body mass index.
If your BMI is high and body fat distribution on abdomen is more then there is presence of metabolic syndrome and it is a prediabetic condition. In such case regular exercises should be done and diet with low glycemic index should be taken also.
WBC of 12000 is slightly above normal range which also should be clinically correlated. If you have any recent sore throat it can be due to that. Phlegm issue can be the reason also. Gargling with warm saline or betadine gargle, taking warm soups and chewable vitamin C will be helpful.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
