Brief Answer:
Your Father’s PSA Are well within normal range

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query
Based on the report and facts that you have posted burning ruination that your father has is most likely to be due to Enlarged Prostate-with secondary UTI.

Get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis
1) Routine urine and urine culture
2)Ultrasound Scanning of abdomen.

Give him antibiotics like Cefixime and Nitrofurantoin twice daily and later on switch on to appropriate antibiotic as per culture report.

His PSA reports are normal and not to be worried about.

Thanks and Regards

Thanks Dr.

I recently, about a month back got the Urine analysis and culture test which where normal. I am avoiding visit to hospital for Ultrasound due to Covid. He is already taking Urimax D. Do you still suggest the antibiotics?

Thanks
