Brief Answer:
Management of eczema

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to ask a doctor service
I have gone through your query and here is my advice.

I would recommend you to keep her away from dust and pets, avoid harsh soaps and instead use a soap free wash, avoid hot water baths and go for lukewarm water, avoid extremes of temperature, wear cotton clothes in direct contact with the skin.
Most importantly keep her body as much moisturised as possible.
These measures will avoid flare of eczema.

Dr Asmeet
