Hi, My Husband Used A Wrong Drop In My Eyes.

My husband used a wrong drop in my eyes. He used few drops of XXXXXXX Dravya which is usually used for inhaling(few drops added to boiling water) while in cold. Due to this wrong drop usage, his eyes are currently burning, lots of irritation in eyes upon blinking.
He has put cold splashes of water in his eyes for 30mins but still irritation at some places persists while blinking something seems to be struck at the top eyelids. Please tell me know if its an emergency.

If you feel like something is stuck in the eyelids and the irritation is persisting please see a qualified ophthalmologist immediately.
He could have a corneal defect or still persisting foreign body inside the eye which we can treat and he should be fine. But please at the earliest.
