Brief Answer:
May I know name of Nebulizer medicine used?

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on Ask a doctor forum.
I can understand your concern.
It will be of great help if you can tell me
1. Name of Nebulizer medicine
2. Any fever or rashes on the body?
Usually at the age of 9 months, no further medicines required. This is mostly viral infection and it will recover in 7-10 days. So you can wait for 5-7 days more.
At present no additional drug required.
Please let me know above asked things so that I can guide you better.
I will be happy to help you further.
Wishing good health to your son. Thanks.

Brief Answer:
We need to rule out asthma and allergic bronchitis.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your follow up question on Ask a doctor forum.
I can understand your concern.
Positive family history of allergy and whistling sound at night are more suggestive of asthma or allergic bronchitis.
So we should definitely rule out these two.
May I see pediatrician's consultation notes?
I want to see respiratory examination findings.
