Question: Hi
My son is ill, he is 9 years old and weight is 50kg he is having extreme cough from
Last 4 days . He is taking augmentin 625 twice a day plus levolin nebulisation and foracort inhaler 2 puffs two times a day , but there has been no improvement in condition. Today doctor has given Omnacortil forte 15mg/5ml . The dose is 1.5 spoon twice a day for 3 days .. we have given him Omnacortil forte today in afternoon but still no improvement. Now my son is saying please give me tablet as he doesn’t like liquid . What potency should I give keeping in view his weight and dosage

Hello... I understand your concern.
The dosage will be tablet Omnacortil 10 MG Tablet.

2 - in the morning.
1 - in afternoon.
1 - at night.

All the doses to be taken after food please.

But, please do remember that this is a prescription medication and you will require doctor's prescription for it.
