Question: Hi
My uncle 71 yrs old is now in hospital. He came for a fever treatment and finally came to know that his kidney failure. He is not.much active to take here and there for dialysis or any other step. But we have hope that this can be cured through medication and cure this issue. Creatinine value before 3 days is 5.3 and it looks it increased from 1.3 to 5.3 in 3 days. Urea level also. I have attached all the reports we have. Kindly suggest for the next step

Thanks for query.
Based on the facts and relevant reports that you have posted your uncle has Acute Pyelonephritis and has to be treated in hospital under supervision of a qualified Physician or Nephrologist.

He needs to be given medication Inj Meropenem at 8 hourly interval in injectable form to get early recovery.
