Hi, My Wife, 32 Years Old, Is Suffering From Dizziness

Question: Hi,
My wife, 32 years old, is suffering from dizziness some times. The Blood Pressure at that time is 110/70 or some times 95/65. These symptoms are observed from two weeks. During this time headache and neck pain comes. If salt is taken BP will become normal within an hour. What causes low BP? Anemia or Any vitamin or calcium deficiency? What blood tests to be done to understand the cause?
Regards,
Khadar

Hi Doctor,
She does not have any gynecological problem so far. We have two kids - 3, 5 years old. Both were normal deliveries.
Blood test was taken more than a year back. Not sure if would be useful. Attached the report.
We did blood sugar tests with accu-check at home this week and last week. Readings were pre-breakfast 80 to 90 mg/dL and after 1.30 hours of breakfast 120 to 140 mg/dL.
Because of lock down we did not visit any hospital.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the information.
I have seen the attached report.
There are only a few modifiable causes for hypotension.
The commonest being severe anaemia and dyskinetic heart.
You may to get a few tests like complete blood count, thyroid profile, 2Decho, to determine any modifiable cause.
If possible please get these tests and get back to me. We shall have a discussion.
Wish you good health.
