Brief Answer:
Iron deficiency anaemia is the cause.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
The symptoms are typical of anaemia, when there is fall in blood iron and haemoglobin one may feel extremely tired and fatigued.
We have to check whether it is due to nutritional deficiency or ongoing bleed. Is she experiencing any bleeding or black coloured stools?
In most cases of nutritional deficiency, iron supplements will correct the problem. Include more iron rich foods to diet.
Kindly attach the reports in the followup query.
Thanks

Brief Answer:
Severe anemia.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through the reports.
The haemoglobin is abnormally low and indicates severe anemia.
As there is no blood loss, nutritional cause can be the reason.
She can start on iron supplements, including more iron rich foods to the diet. You have to repeat the complete blood count to assess the prognosis.
I suggest you to go for a stool occult study to rule out blood loss from bowel.
It is better to avoid Ayurvedic products as may aggravate the acidity issues.
Thanks
