Brief Answer:
Please provide few more details

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query .

Based on the facts that you have posted your wife seems to have Chronic UTI .

I shall be happy if you can post me more details to help me in making precise comments
1) Does she have Frequency for urination ?
2) Does she have urgency for urination ?
3)Does she have any vaginal discharge ?
4) Is she a working woman and using common toilets ?

In females recurrent UTI is very common compared to male due to following factors
1)Close proximity of urethral opening to anal opening which is habitat for many species of bacteria which can migrate to urethra very easily and set up a infection (UTI)
2) Vaginal infection is also one of the predisposing factors to cause UTI .
3) Urethral passage is short and straight leading to get infection

Truly speaking in females it is very difficult to get Chronic UTI to be eradicated completely.

Following general measures do help to prevent getting UTI
1) Maintaining Proper personal perineal hygiene by using anti microbial solutions like Lactacyd Perineal solution twice daily which is freely available in market .
2) Avoid using common toilets or flush out the toilet with ample water before using
3)Take appropriate antibiotics as per culture report
4) Ensure to drink more water to keep urine dilute .
5) Avoid sexual intercourse during episode of UTI .

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.

Brief Answer:
Consult qualified Urologist

Detailed Answer:
hello
Thanks for follow up and updates.

As explained earlier It is very difficult to eradicate UTI in females competely due to factors which I have mentioned in initial response to your query earlier .

Though it is not a serious issue it is very cumbersome for the woman who suffers .

I would suggest to consult qualified Urologist for endoscopic examination of bladder ( Cystoscopy) done to rule out any bladder pathology .

Thanks and Regards.
