Brief Answer:
Need to confirm gestational diabetes
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Have you confirmed gestational diabetes in your wife recently? If she has elevated fasting blood sugar then she may need the similar management with insulin. Is she under the care of a gynecologist? Do you have a glucometer at home?

Brief Answer:
Kindly attach the GTT results again
Detailed Answer:
Hi again
Kindly attach the GTT results again as these didnt get attached. You can also send them at YYYY@YYYY and address it to my name: Dr Vaishalee Punj. In Laboratory they will only give 75 mg glucose for GTT test. What procedure did you follow at home?
We can do Hba1c test to confirm her glucose levels over last three months time.
