Hi Now A Days My Body Getting Hot & Feel

Now a days My body getting hot & feel restless. I m not getting enough Sleep.
I m having gastic issue from last 2-3 months, stomach problems
Whenever I sleep, I usually get up early in morning by 6am, due to which Whole day I feel very tired.
I m loosing my memory, I dont know why but I usually think alot even on small things.
Due to which I m unable to sleep & concentrate on my work or anything

- Focus more on meditations, YOGA, deep breathing exercises, walking in fresh air.
- Avoid stress, anxiety till possible.
- Manage to have sound regular sleep of minimum 6 - 7 hours.
- Keep weight chart on monthly basis.
- Get once physician evaluation for possible need of basic laboratory tests to find out
any underlying disturbances.
