Hi. Over The Past 5 Days I Have Been Experiencing

Question: Hi. Over the past 5 days I have been experiencing headaches, bloating, slight abdominal pain like period cramps,, chills, fatigue, body aches, blurred vision and dizziness. Tonight the symptoms got worse. I also experience extreme hot (extreme warm) then cold (icy fingers and toes) and sometimes sweating. Feet and legs tingling. My blood pressure is elevated... dentist checked 3x today. Tonight I also started feeling a dull chest ache it subsided after burping. I have also been urinating a lot but I have also been drinking a lot of water. Also breast tinderness. I recently traveled home from Europe but did not stay in a hostel or was exposed to water.

I am sorry to hear about your troubles. To me it sounds like the flu. Have you had any blood tests, chest x-rays, blood or urine culture? Any fever?

Thank you. None of the above. Can I have the flu without runny noise, congestion, etc? Also I did receive the flu shot.

The absence of congestion and other symptoms of upper respiratory tract infections definitely argues against flu. It does however sound viral, like mono. Do you have difficulty swallowing, sore throat, etc.?

Thank you. I don’t have any issues with my throat or swallowing. I’m also experiencing discomfort in my abdomen, but I don’t have any weird discharge or feel differently there otherwise. Thoughts of things related to that?

How are you doing at the moment? Any changes in your condition/symptoms? The discomfort can be many things; where is the discomfort located? Is it constant? Stabbing/burning/etc?
