Within the last two months 3 times after eating chicken (mainly outside) I had loose motion and also felt very hot from inside the body and weak but no fever in thermometer. I went to a general physician and he prescribed me ORNI-O for 3 days. I was ok.
I have been suffering from IBS for two years on & off and an alcoholic (every day). Currently, for the past month, I have cut down on my drinking habit and having it only 2 days a week. I now visited my gastroenterologist and explained the same and asked if it is due to some bacterial infection. He checked me and told that it could be because of some food additives and not a Typhoid infection.
Have informed my gastro that my IBS problem has been resolved after quitting alcohol. But he is some kind of weird guy always insisting me to go for colonoscopy because that's the only test I haven't done yet with him.
He insisted to go for CBC and Motion routine/occult blood test. Reports attached. OB was negative and Hemoglobin was 12 mg.
As I have been using pantoprazole for 10 years and 4 years back was having Vit B12 deficiency. I could relate that anemia is due to the VIT B12 deficiency and not due to any bleeding in the gastrointestinal tract as OB is negative.
He prescribed me SIBOFIX 550mg (2 weeks), Razo 20 (1 month), Orni 500 (5days) and Doxy-L (10days) yesterday.
Now today i had home-cooked lunch and felt the same hot feeling inside by body no fever. It lasted for nearly 4 hours making me feel weak and automatically subsided.

Now my queries :
1) Why does the body feel hot from inside but no fever in a thermometer?
2) Is it due to anemia?
3) Could it be due to any nutritional deficiency?

Rifaximin 550 mg twice daily is a very high dose (maximum dose).On top of that doxycycline(I don't know why) and Ornidazole. The feeling which you describe as heat is basically severe gastritis and flux of acid into your stomach leading to a condition called Dyspepsia. Now as soon as you start eating; Food irritates the stomach lining which is already inflammed by large amount of preformed acid this causes the sensation which you describe as heat. Within 2 to 3 hours the ingested food moves from stomach to duodenum hence the burning sensation subsides.
2)No hemoglobin 12 is just mildly anemic. It has no relation to your problem.

4)Stop all medications. I can't understand why are you on such heavy doses of triple antibiotics at a time.
To relieve your gut take Esomeprazole 40 mg twice daily.
Take Digene syrup containing aluminium and magnesium hydroxide to soothen up your gut wall.

Only investigation I would suggest is Endoscopy to look for ulcers in stomach.
Drink one glass of chilled milk in morning.
Take food without spices for few days.
I don't know why your Gastroenterologist wants you to go for a colonoscopy. Even going for an Endoscopy makes sense to look for ulcers and condition of gut walls.

2)Yes you can take imodium upto a maximum dose of 16 mg in a day.For e.g 4 mg four times a day.
3)Not really but some times heavy doses results in severe constipation.
4)IBS means irritable bowel syndrome-Your bowel is not functioning properly that means digestion of food is not proper.This food may vary from patient to patient.Very likely chances are there that you intestines get irritated to the specific food you have mentioned and thats why it remain undigested.

1) Please suggest me a better medication to suppress the IBS-D symptoms. I have an urgency to go to the washroom after every meal, some times even after a snack.
Afterward, I get very tired and tensed as my mind is always thinking about how my gut would react after even drinking water. Have already tried RIFAGUT which some times work and some times don't. I need to stop this
2) Can I make my self sure that this is due to IBS and not any other disease as Occult Blood test performed twice in 2017 and 2019 shows negative? No weight loss too.
