Brief Answer:
Its mildly deranged

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
His triglycerides and LDL cholesterol are mildly elevated. Rest parameters are fine.
Now considering his age and mild lipid derangements, he may give a trial of healthy lifestyle for 3 months and repeat lipid profile after that to see the response. If there is a response then continue with the healthy lifestyle or else he ll need medications.
So he should avoid oily, fatty, fried and fast food as much as possible. He should have plenty of green leafy vegetables or salad. He should eat less of nonveg and egg yellow (if non vegetarian). He should have light dinner and less of sweets.
He should engage in regular exercises like brisk walking or running according to the capacity for atleast 30 min a day.
If there is no scope for improvement in lifestyle then he should be started on statins like Atorvastatin 10 mg bedtime once daily for eight weeks.
Hope this helps you and get back if you have any doubts.
