Brief Answer:
Fatty liver and obstructive uropathy.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir
Thank you for asking ask a doctor service.
I have gone through your query and report. It shows fatty liver and obstructive uropathy.
Do you consume alcohol? If yes then how often and how much?
Fatty liver can be due to metabolic syndrome caused by improper diet and lack of exercises. It can be caused by alcohol consumption also. Avoiding alcohol consumption and regular exercises and taking supplements of vitamin C and E will be helpful to normalize liver.
Obstructive uropathy- stone is causing block in flow of urine so intervention by urologist is necessary. Methods like ultrasound lithotripsy and endoscopic removal will be helpful in such case. So I would suggest a consultation with Urologist and hospitalization for that.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Thanks.

Sir, I don't consume alcohol. I am a teetotaler. But, yes there has been irregularities in my diet and exercise for the past 2-3 months. Regarding stone removal, what would you suggest- surgery or oral medication?

Brief Answer:
Oral medication won't be enough.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome again.
Thank you for your follow-up query.
Oral medication won't be enough as there is obstruction. Surgical correction is recommended in this case. You can go for lesser invasive methods like ultrasound lithotripsy (stone breaking by ultrasound) and removal by endoscope.
For fatty liver I would suggest proper and regular exercise and diet. Cardio exercises daily or swimming is a good option. Take whole grain foods and avoid fast foods. Vitamin C and E are good anti oxidants which helps in regeneration of liver.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Smooth muscle relaxants.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome again.
Thank you for your follow-up query
I have gone through your attached files- Prescription. These are medicines for relaxing bladder and smooth muscles. It also will reduce any swelling. After smooth muscle relaxation and reducing any possible swelling in bladder and urinary tract, stone can pass out. That is why your doctor asked to do ultrasound.
If it is not going out he might think about invasive treatment.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if I can assist you further.
